1. Who we are

GptBhai ("the Service") is owned and operated by Oning Media Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (the "Company", "we", "us"), India. Website: oningmediasolutions.com.

2. Acceptance

By using GptBhai, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be 13+ to use GptBhai. Slang / Gaali mode requires you to be 18+.

4. The Service

GptBhai is an AI chat assistant with an Indian "bhai" personality. AI replies can be wrong, biased or inappropriate — treat them as a starting point, not professional advice. For medical, legal, financial or mental-health decisions, consult a qualified professional.

5. Plans & payments

Free: 10 chats total without login.
Plus (₹99/month): includes ~1M chat tokens/month. Fair-use limits apply.
Pro (₹1,999/year): ~2M chat tokens/month = ~24M/year.
Donations via "Fund GptBhai" are non-refundable and grant no special access.
Prices may include or exclude GST as indicated at checkout.

6. Refunds

Subscriptions are refundable within 7 days of purchase if the Service has materially failed to work for you. Email hello@oningmediasolutions.com with your transaction ID.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use GptBhai to harass, defraud, generate illegal content, spread hate against any caste/religion/gender, or attempt to break the Service. We may suspend accounts that violate this.

8. Content

You own your prompts. AI-generated replies are provided as-is. You are responsible for how you use those replies.

9. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, the Company's total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the previous 3 months.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
